At some clubs...though fewer and fewer.
Technically, kids can participate in club up until their school's first REGULARLY scheduled game - which for many teams this year is Dec 3....
I'm guessing Rising USL in more interested in older ages first. Their first event in October was 2003s.
It makes sense that they are looking for...
